How to use

Fill in the card fields, then copy only the fragments you need into Sitecore. Title and footer stay on the page; swap the middle block as the window opens (calendar), goes live (login or active submit), then closes.

Paste Title and Footer once.
Paste one middle state at a time: PRE, Login needed, Active, or Closed.
When using the calendar reminder, also paste the runtime script once per page.
Policy and instruction fields accept a full URL or a Sitecore media ID. Media IDs are converted to https://www.acc.org/~/media/{id}.ashx.
