During the window for Refactor Just Published the following elements should be looked at and checked of to confirm that the baseline of Quality Assurance against a new publication.

  • Main Navigation & Footer Link Navigation
  • Vanity Link Check
  • Content Check
  • Links in New Pages Check
  • Conversion Path Check
  • Inform Analytics of Jira Ticket Timing for After Refactor
  • Capture Screen Grabs and Save in Team Before After Collection
  • Check in with SMEs see if any corrections are needed.
  • Run through external Linkage report
  • Source View of html should search for author links
  • Check page in mobile & tablet views
  • Do the above step on a phone :-)
