Description

We need Web Production to conduct a preliminary audit of current content within Sitecore for ACC.org, specifically targeting all files and folders under [Defined Project Scope]. The objective is to provide a clear view of existing content and relationships within Sitecore, ensuring a smooth transition for upcoming updates and cleanup.

Scope of Work

  1. Target Area:

    • All files and folders within [Defined Project Scope], including the Features folder.
    • Any associated media files stored in Sitecore that are referenced in this scope.

  2. Audit Requirements:

    • Screen Grab Report: A structured visual audit of all files and folders within the defined scope.
    • Linkages Report: A comprehensive list of all pages outside the project scope that reference or link to affected pages within the scope.

Deliverables

  • Screen Grab Audit:
    • Provide a set of screen captures displaying the folder structure and content files under Features and the broader [Defined Project Scope] within Sitecore.
    • Ensure all screenshots clearly indicate file/folder names and paths.
  • Linkages Report:
    • A list of all Sitecore pages that contain links to any pages within the defined scope.
    • Include the referring page URL, linked page URL, and any relevant Sitecore metadata.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A complete Screen Grab Audit is delivered and reviewed.
  • A Linkages Report (Word or Excel) is provided, listing all references to affected pages outside the defined scope.

Notes

  • If any unexpected issues arise (e.g., restricted permissions, missing content, pages that are set to unpublishable), flag them for review.
  • The audit results will help guide the next steps in the refactor efforts.
