Checklist for a Viability

Checklist/Questioner for BL to fill out before a new microsite is created:

  1. What is the specific purpose or initiative? How is it important?

  2. What is the conversion goal or mission for the users to accomplish?  Must be specific, with high strategic value to the college.

  3. What is the specific target audience? What is unique or separate about the target population?

  4. What is the timeline for this initiative?

  5. What about the design is different from the ACC brand?

    1. How is it unique?
    2. How is it complex?
    3. How is it self-contained?

  6. How is the functionality different from what is offered on the ACC.org site?

  7. Where does it fit within the existing ACC.org site?      (It shouldn’t, but listing this would identify the gap.)

Optional aspects :

  1. Partnership or collaboration - is there a joint partner?
