Attention CardioSource Plus Users Planning to Participate in the CMP

• Your institution's subscription to CardioSource Plus does not include the CMP. If you want to participate in the CMP, you will need to purchase your own personal version of this SAP.
• As long as you use the same ACC.org account to access this SAP through CardioSource Plus and to access your personal subscription to HF SAP, your progress and usage data will be stored in one central location. This includes any time that you have already spent toward your 7 hours of Learning Engagement.

You have two options for ordering this SAP:

• Order by phone. ACC's Member Care team may be reached at 800-253-4636, x5603 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
• Order the SAP Online As Part of The Enrollment Process for the CMP (CMP enrollment for Interventional Cardiology is not yet open. ACC anticipates it to open in Q2 2020). Technical difficulties will prevent you from purchasing the SAP outside of enrollment.

Additional Notes:

There is some different messaging in the modals. Labels and the Online Order Instructions. It is possible to universalize the messages if we go with the suggesting bellow. This would allow this entire area to be left to universal consistent and also evergreen.

Order HF SAP Online As Part of The Enrollment Process for the CMP (CMP enrollment for Interventional Cardiology is not yet open. ACC anticipates it to open in Q2 2020). Technical difficulties will prevent you from purchasing HFSAP outside of enrollment.
Order ACCSAP Online through the CMP Enrollment process: Visit ACC.org/CMPEnroll and click on the Enroll in the CMP for Cardiovascular Disease button. You will be prompted to purchase ACCSAP as part of the enrollment process. Note: technical issues will prevent you from purchasing ACCSAP outside of enrollment.
Order EP SAP Online As Part of The Enrollment Process for the CMP (CMP enrollment for Cardiac Arrhythmias and Electrophysiology is not yet open. ACC anticipates it to open in Q2 2020). Technical difficulties will prevent you from purchasing EP SAP outside of enrollment.
Order CathSAP Online As Part of The Enrollment Process for the CMP (CMP enrollment for Interventional Cardiology is not yet open. ACC anticipates it to open in Q2 2020). Technical difficulties will prevent you from purchasing CathSAP outside of enrollment.
