CardioSmart 2025 UX
Project Summary:
The project aims to improve the usability and accessibility of hybrid clinician-patient tools on CardioSmart.org. The goal is to ensure clinicians can easily locate tools designed to assist their patients while also providing a streamlined way to access translated resources. With more translations being funded, the challenge is creating an intuitive navigation system that allows both clinicians and patients to quickly find the right tools, regardless of language barriers. An established marketing hook will be integrated into email campaigns, social media, and cross-promotion from associated websites to drive traffic and awareness.
- Project Connection to Sister Sites - Related, Associated, Search, & Cross Domain Connections.
- Extra Language - How to showcase and promote
- Micro Surveys - Feature to embed into site to ask "was helpful", " do you wan this in another language."
- Transitioning to the ACC Taxonomy. Considering CardioSmart is the patient side of the clinician content they should be referenced the same way.
Hypothesis:
By enhancing the site’s tool discovery pathways, implementing a clear categorization system for translated resources, and leveraging cross-platform marketing strategies, clinicians will be able to efficiently locate and utilize patient tools. This will result in increased engagement and satisfaction among both clinicians and patients, and boost the visibility of CardioSmart.org through coordinated email, social media, and partner website promotions.
