SPRINT D - Batch Conversion

  1. Create PRD/Master/Web DBs backup for potential rollback 
    1. Enforce a content freeze (BL), specifically for a subset of pages/content 
  2. Run Bulk Conversion Script Process in Author only with auto-publishing turned off 
  3. IT performs spot checks 
  4. Compile and Deliver the Editorial Bulk Change Notice Excel
  5. BL reviews and validates pages, with support from UI, DEV, and QA teams 
    1. Review affected pages for discrepancies/bugs for resolution (e.g., code, components, etc.) 
  6. Garbage Clean up of Empty Content Areas, Rich Text, Custom Scripts
  7. Resync to lower environments?
